[01-Mar-2019] This activity investigates the effects of salinity and temperature on water density. Participants will fill small bags with water of different densities and float them in a tank of water, making predictions about their behavior
Materials required: Small plastic bags, scissors, permanent marker, labeling tape, fresh water, four beakers or large containers (large enough for plastic bags to float unobstructed), small cup, tray, tape, towels, and food coloring (optional).
